The business began in Gujranwala as Bhatti Traders, a Bhatti family company founded by M Ashraf Bhatti with zinc trading as its first line of work. Bhatti Traders remains the parent company behind BhattiZinc.
Added our first zinc smelting furnace, marking the company's first step from zinc trading toward in-house production.
Expanded the business across Pakistan and added more zinc furnaces to support growing customer demand.
BhattiZinc initiated its recycling program, processing zinc metal and ash to create sustainable value.

Since 2008, our facility has operated a dedicated zinc recycling unit for the processing of Zinc Metal and Zinc Ash. In 2022, we expanded our capabilities with a dedicated Zinc Oxide manufacturing unit, strengthening our position across the zinc value chain.
Our operations are supported by two dedicated warehouses for efficient import and export handling of Zinc Metal, Zinc Ash, and related products, enabling us to manage inventory and fulfill international orders reliably.
Quality remains central to our operations. Since 2019, we have maintained in-house laboratory testing capabilities for Zinc Metal and Zinc Ash, allowing us to conduct quality checks and verify product specifications throughout our processing and supply operations.

Nafees joined Bhatti Traders in 2001 and led the company through its most significant period of international expansion.
